  I have been selling my handmade wire wrapped jewelry and supplies online since 2013. Jewelry-making was something that came to me later in life. After receiving my PhD in psychology in 2006

  I was convinced that I wanted an academic career because that what you do with a doctorate

  right?? After a few unsuccessful attempts to tow the academic line

  I made the tough decision to strike it out on my own. So here I am

  trying to be the best version of me (at times failing miserably) but determined to persist no matter the outcome.
