  I enjoyed the opportunity to coordinate the English Language Institute at Arkansas Tech University for nine years. I designed the program and with the aid of my staff designed the curriculum. Student retention and success was and is my primary focus.\n\nA well run program meets the needs of the students as well as the needs of the university.\n\nToday I teach in the etech program at Arkansas Tech University. I enjoy facilitating discussion and watching students develop the critical thinking skills necessary for success in our growing global community.
