Good
Funny prof. He made lectures fun. Tests were hard. You had to prepare. Prof is very forgiving. Prof gives out extra credit. Get to class on time.
Awesome
Is intolerant of cheating, did change our 3rd exam to fill in the blanks because someone had been cheating using an old exam. I loved this class and would take it again. Attendance/clicker qestions make up 10% of the grade. Prof Don Conlee is a great professor, very lively and funny. He posts all of his slides online, the tests are based entirely on lecture notes.
Awful
He is a terrible lecturer. He consumes of the class hours telling useless anecdotes and making jokes instead of actually discussing. 10% of grade comes from iClicker which is required for attendance. The rest are based off four exams which he has no schedule and will frequently change in case he sets one. Tests are trivial. I do not recommend him.
Awesome
Dr. Conlee cares a lot about his students and their grades. His lessons are interesting and fun. He gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. You should definitely go to every class since he takes participation points, plus his lectures are literally parallel to the content of the tests.
Awesome
Prof. Conlee is a caring and funny professor. If you are struggling, you should definitely go in for office hours. He will guide you and help you to make a good grade in class. Do not be discouraged by the first exam, I was able to get an A even though I didn't do good on it. He gives lots of extra credit opportunities!
Awesome
Prof. Conlee is an amazing man who genuinely loves what he does. You can see that he really cares about his students as well. Class isn't easy. It's actually not a no work class. You'll do fine on exams as long as you do the textbook and listen in class. Do not expect a good grade if you don't do either of those. Great class and great prof. Your efforts will really be reflected in your grade.
Average
The course was significantly more difficult than I had been told, so prepare for a lot of upper level math. Make sure you attend, because if not you won't get everything taught.
