Participates in the hiring, training, and scheduling of tutors, instructional support assistants, liaisons, and student workers. Supervises student workers, tutors, liaisons, and instructional support assistants. Coordinates lesson plans with instructors. Instructs and assists students and faculty with online learning software, such as: Blackboard, Moodle, and other platforms utilized for courses across the curriculum.
