When I say homework, I mean you have to constantly review the powerpoints. Class isn't mandatory but you definitely need to look over the powerpoints and listen to his lectures. Pay attention to what he highlights because he grades on what he says in class. To clarify confusing stuff, I highly recommend having a good study group before the tests and quizzes.
