She has got to be the best professor at this university ever! she makes the class easy and fun so that you end up wanting to go to class. she negotiates class assignments with the class so that we can all participate as a class. There is a class assignment which she does in class negotiations, 3 papers in class negotiations and a group project and they are all really easy. The only bad thing is that she does quizzes on Business articles each week and she curves the class. still it is an easy A. TAKE HER!!!

Seeing as I was a graduating senior, this class was a real nail biter since 40% of your grade is up to your peers through a semester long group project and paper on CapSim. After a few issues emerged with my team I emailed Dr. Searcy at least five times to have her fix the issue. She never emailed me back once and even kicked me out of her office.

If you have the chance to take this Professor Searcy, I recommend you take her. She is amazing, creative, and makes you want to learn. This professor is one of the best I have experienced at Florida Atlantic University and she made learning fun. I took her during spring and I was amazed. She is such an awesome professor!

Prof. Deborah is the best! She's compassionate, funny, and smart. She also challenges you to think out of the box. She also keeps a very fun and interactive class.
