I treasure Professor Noeltings quick answers to my questions, and she gave wonderful feedback, however probably the hardest grader I've had in TAMUCT. I'm thankful this class is finished, I think my largest dislike was the fact that the test opened at midnight on Sunday and closed on Tuesday. Overall, I think she was adequate professor, however difficult to work around.
Awful
This is so far one of the worst experiences at TAMUCT. It was a no-no to ask questions about texas law. She would only tell you to look it up because she's only licensed to practice Arizona law. Her class was hard and her instructions weren't clear. Exams are pretty intense and you'll never get a perfect grade on her essays. I wouldn't recommend this at all.
Good
I'm completely surprised upon reading these reviews for Professor Tevis-Noelting. Currently, I'm taking her two courses. She's amazing, very accessible and will reply to email quickly. Also, she will provide feedback for you to have a better grade, if you did poorly. Her class is more heavy on group exercises. This means that, you'll be engaged with other students in class. My only biggest complain is that, some of her assignments were unclear on what she wanted from us.
Awful
Professor Tevis-Noelting expects you to talk like a lawyer by the first week of the class. She will find reasons to take off points during the course if your opinion doesn't agree with hers. Her exams were forty multiple choices and five essay questions. My answers on the exam were perfect almost every time. Unfortunately, she'd deduct points without even a reason.

Professor Noelting is fine. Her assignments require a lot of research and she provides good feedback. This class requires a lot of group work. I didn't like the group's PowerPoint assignment though. Probably, I would take her class again.
