Project Director

Design Manager
Led a large multidisciplinary team of professional and technical staff designing highways and structures on the Area 4 motorway and trunk road network in the south east of England. Developed scheme proposals from concept stage through value management to detailed design; provided technically justified, safe and innovative solutions reflecting the Highways Agency's needs. Undertook programme management, and ensured delivery to targets. Developed strong client relationships. Reported on progress and delivery to the JV Board.
