Through teaching qi gong (energy work), holistic wellness therapies, and providing Reiki energy work, upon request, I can show others that each one of us holds tremendous energy that we can direct, enhance, and use as a wellness tool. I also teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and show clients how to achieve calm and a proactive approach to daily stressors.
I can also develop courses and a complete holistic curriculum to meet client needs. Courses can be taught in classroom format, group sessions or individual instruction. Qigong form can be adapted to meet individual needs.
