Maritz Motivation LLC. Initiated the web/interactive creative team. With a staff of three and up to 18 staff Interactive designers, front end developers and freelance contractors, B2B and B2C projects pranging from simple HTML email to full trans-actionable web site UX/UI, interface designs for multi-million dollar client programs for both U.S. and Global fortune 500 - 1500 client sites. Support included for a number of years Maritz Motivation LLC, Travel and Research companies giving the team a very diverse background in a variety of web/interactive projects eventually expanding into support for International global catalog sites. Most recent involvement was in support of UX/UI "Responsive" design for mobile client needs

My Responsibilities involved in scoping, quoting, wire framing, creative designing / web sites and web applications interfaces working along side a full team of front end, back end developers.

    Teaching Computer Art Studio (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesgin), Advanced Adobe InDesign and Web design since Fall 2014 semester. With my many years of Graphic / UX / UI / Web Design and Illustration experience I hope to engage, grow and inspire my students, to give them a good understanding of not only the creative aspect, but also what to expect from the business side.
