General and College Prep.
I excelled at community service. I won the citizenship award for my Senior class. I made As in language arts, history, science, and math.
Attended during my Senior year of high school.
Marketing and Distributive Education.
The course covered marketing, building displays, salesmanship, advertising and management. I received my first real non-farm job after selling radio advertisements as part of the program.
Bachelor’s Degree
History
Most I my undergraduate hours were in European History. I took nine hours of Russian history and nine hours of British history plus a course in Twentieth Century Europe. I started out as a business major and although I went with my passion of history the courses I completed in business have been very useful in my career in management.
Master’s Degree
History
I graduated with a major emphasis in United States History and a minor emphasis in European History.
