Awesome
Dr. O'Hara is definitely one of a kind! He is very funny and extremely knowledgeable. He gives a fair grade but only gives a few. You should really show up in class if you want to pass. He's honestly one of the best leturers at UCA. You will really be hooked on his Irish accent and humor!
Good
Prof. O'Hara is very witty and he really knows his stuff. If you decide to skip classes, you'll miss an incredible amount of notes. He cares about his students and will even ask you how you're doing if he notices your low grade. He's very supportive but stern. I would definitely take him again!
Good
Doctor O'Hara's History of England course was an amazing course and I would take it again if I had the chance. He teaches the course in an engaging way. He has a bit of an Irish accent, but it isn't bad. Sixty points in the syllabus are rewarded due to your participation in the class. There are three exams given in the class and a couple papers. The finals usually isn't cumulative.
Good
I loved Doctor O'Hara's class. Don't get me wrong, you'll learn a lot from it. I took this course during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, even with all the resources during exams, you don't have the time to scan the textbook. Also, your grade is based on only four exams and a document. This class is easy if you study though. Fortunately, I ended up with an A.
