Forecasting & Replenishment – Determinants of Real World use”.\nThe first paper – a literature review of the Trends and gaps in studies on IT in CPFR - was presented at the 6th Global SCM conference in Detroit
2013. It showed a gap in the study of IT systems for Forecasting.\nThe second paper sought to determine how IT systems are used for CPFR in the real world—along the company-level dimension as well as the functional dimension. Ethics Committee approval was secured for data collection using a construct validated questionnaire. 80 of 3
200 supply-chain focused executive level managers responded. 3 of 9 Hypotheses were supported.
