Shouldn't have bothered taking Prof. Allen! His class is 88% exams, which is way more than the normal! Also, exams have a ton of "check all that apply" questions and you only get 45 secs per questions. We actually had no book or homework to study from. Going into the final, I had an A but I ended the class with a C. Class wasn't hard but grading makes it really impossible!

I took Prof. David's class in May and it was such a struggle to keep up with what he wants. I feel like he has no mercy for students and final is super hard!!! We had such a little time to finish everything. He doesn't even listen to you when you try to talk to him. He doesn't curve as well!

Prof. Allen gives little to no time for students to take exams, so it's honestly near impossible to finish the exams! Not to mention that grades only come from exams. You really lose a lot of points if you don't ace the tests! Wouldn't recommend this prof at all.

Professor Allen's class is not that horrible. However, the issue were the exams. He gives you very little time for everything he asks for. His exams are online, with more than fifty questions and he only gives you just fifty minutes to answer it. One of the questions might be select all that apply, matching type, or multiple choice. So, beware.

I'm taking the class for the third time this summer. Circumstances (family emergency, mental health) kept me from meeting his expectations each time I took it, and each time I was ordered to retake it. His teaching capacity is exceptional, and I do not believe he's a bad professor. I just wish he had compassion for me.

Good
He's a relaxed and kind person. The only issue is that he races through his lessons. Also, he only lets you miss class twice, no matter why. All his tests except the last one, are online and aren't too difficult if you give your best and don't skip class. Your grade depends a lot on if you go to class. And if you don't, you're likely to get a bad grade.
