  designed and developed curriculum necessary to integrate six courses in the existing criminal justice program with Maryland state (MPCTC) training objectives to deliver the training necessary to achieve Maryland entry-level police certification and 27 credits of college coursework in 24 weeks.\n\nTransitioned testing from industry-specific

  proprietary software platform to open-source on-line platform already in use for course delivery

  to achieve significant yearly cost savings.\nDeveloped associates degree program in Conservation Law Enforcement and negotiated a\npartnership with Frostburg State University to develop a Law Enforcement Concentration in their existing Fish and Wildlife Studies program to which student could transfer to pursue their baccalaureate degree.
