Program Manager of Assessment Services
• Created and developed an assessment program for LUK Inc. Oversaw all assessments provided by LUK, including: cognitive, neurological screeners, behavioral, social-emotional, generalized risk, trauma, substance, resilience, independent living, and developmental baselines.

• Aided individuals, families, and clinical teams with accessing accommodations and additional services based on assessment results through analysis of data, consultations, trainings and presentations.
• Worked with the North Central Department of Children and Families to develop a generalized risk assessment for youth who did not qualify for an ASAP assessment but displayed concerning behaviors.
• Assigned and managed a team of Master and Doctorial level clinicians and interns throughout the assessment process.
• Assisted in developing and maintaining LUK’s overall APIC internship program. Responsible for running a weekly assessment seminar and providing ongoing additional supervision and training to APIC doctorial interns.
• Collaborated with the Marketing Department regarding the Assessment Program as well as other departments writing assessments into grant proposals.
• Proposed multiple program development strategies and frameworks.
Rapid Response Team Member
The Rapid Response Team (RRT) is a statewide treatment team organized by Riverside Community Care to respond to communities, schools or organizations following a traumatic event or loss using Psychological First Aid (PFA) modalities.
Clinician
Provide services to families and individuals as In-Home Therapist, Outpatient Clinician, and Psychometrician, utilizing two trauma focused, Empirically Based Treatments: Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The majority of work has been with 8-24 year old, court/DCF involved males; many have trauma histories, undiagnosed/emerging mental illness, substance histories and/or developmental or learning disabilities.
• Provide treatment to youth and families with complex trauma histories. Treatment may include addressing one or more of the following:
o Sexualized behavior, sexual identity struggles, anger, impulsivity, running tendencies, homelessness, parenting as an adolescent, separation or re-unification of families, adoption, suicidal ideation, grief, and substance issues.
• Coordinate treatment and services with the Department of Probation, Department of Children and Families, other service organizations and various school districts in order to provide comprehensive services for clientele.
• Formerly part of LUK’s Moving-On treatment program. Moving-On is an evidence-based Motivational Enhancement Therapy/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model providing short-term substance abuse services and assessment for adolescents.
• Experienced in treating clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (primarily Asperger Syndrome) as well as Apert Syndrome.

Psychology Intern-GOSS II-Secure Treatment-MSPP Practicum/Internship
Member of the clinical team for adolescent males placed at a Department of Youth Services secure treatment facility. Responsibilities included conducting individual and family therapy, co-leading and leading group therapy sessions, creating and implementing individual treatment plans with assigned clients.
Served on the Assessment and Research Team, which established a database for analysis of the population. Responsible for administrating, scoring, interpreting and reporting psychological assessments of both male and female members of the DYS population.
Clinical Intern – Eliot Boys Assessment – MSPP Practicum
Member of the clinical team for committed Department of Youth Services adolescent males held on a secure unit for 45-90 days. Provided assessment of their strengths and needs in order to make recommendations regarding their treatment and rehabilitation. Held weekly sessions with residents in order to aid in assessment, record progress on unit, and administer tests. Conducted intake and suicide screenings as needed.

Advocate for adult (18-64) Department of Mental Health placed clients in independent living situations. Assisted clients in medication maintenance and distribution, daily lifestyle needs, and establishing and achieving specific goals.
