Professor Brooks cares about his students. Need to read to do well. The course was more work but if I cared earlier in the semester I have no doubt, I would have made an A. He use daily clicker point for extra boost at the end of semester which helps. He will answer question, responds to emails fast.

Doctor Brooks is for sure one of my favorite professors that I've had at Texas A&M. Schedule appointments with him and he will go over the exam review with you if you are struggling on exams. Dr. Brooks is great at explaining things, even some of the challenging concepts. If you go to class you get clicker points that are added to your final grade. I would recommend 10/10.

Prof. Brooks is an amazing teacher with a good taste in music. Students are only graded by the four tests. He doesn't give a final as well. To prepare well for tests, you should study everything in the lecture and textbook chapters. He also gives bonus clicker points. Attendance is mandatory because he doesn't post slides at all. Pay attention so you can catch his jokes. He uses lots of Nemo references.
