• Core attention to detail and understanding trades entered into Endur OpenLink and Right Angle to ensure deal capture is accurately represented and booked, confirming accurate capture of the trader’s PNL.
• Daily communication with Commodity Sales/Trading Teams in London, New York, and Houston regarding discrepancies, which leads to T+0 verification of trades.
• Utilize, maintain, and update excel spreadsheets to compare and validate deals for accuracy and to streamline trade control processes.
• Effectively communicate with brokers on daily trade reconciliations issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Research and resolve complex queries and transactional differences.
• Continuous development and maintenance of relationships with front office and other operational areas in Houston, New York, London, and Singapore to resolve issues and ensure process are the most efficient.

Director of a CFP Board-Registered Financial Planning & Finance Faculty
Responsible for developing, enhancing, and growing the financial planning program. Teaching in the college of business, develop and oversee the college’s mentor program, and serve as faculty advisor to student organizations.

• Established a financial literacy outreach program that uses college students to teach and advise
their peers on campus and in the community with high school students.
