Coordinator of Induction and Retention
*Ensure a seamless transition for those new to our team, including planning and overseeing the orientation programs and ongoing mentorship
*Provide sustained support to all new hires of CSAT across three campuses during expansion
*Build capacity within both new teachers and the teams in which they work to achieve maximum results

Business Teacher
• Created and implemented Business curriculum for use in new business/technology sequencing agreement with State of New York
• Taught a range of business-related classes, each with an emphasis on real-world readiness, including: Marketing, Introduction to Computers, Business Math (Financial Literacy), Advanced Computer Applications, and Internship
• Coordinated a number of field trips, guest speakers, and networking opportunities to expose students to business professionals within the Western New York community
• Implemented data-driven instruction through the use of formative assessment
• Mapped Business curriculum using eDoctrina to lay out unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and scope and sequences
• Coached junior varsity and varsity soccer as well as junior varsity cheerleading

Assistant Principal
I love my job! We are a smaller rural school, which gives me the opportunity to make close connections with students and families. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities of helping to keep our building running smoothly, I manage a number of initiatives, including attendance improvement, student discipline and chronic absenteeism, AP and SAT testing, community outreach and communication, and student health and wellness.
Assistant Principal
•Develop targeted professional development around data driven instruction, focusing on common assessment and meaningful data conversation

• Developed, administered, and disaggregated the data collected from surveys with the goal of examining the effectiveness of new Junior Ambassador program, aimed at easing high school transition for incoming freshmen
• Conducted research and examined data regarding student attrition between eight and ninth grade year
• Facilitated Student Support Team, a committee designed to address individual student concerns beyond typical academic interventions
• Developed reference materials for elementary teachers to use as they adapted new common core standards
• Participated in discipline meetings and assisted teachers with student altercations
