Good
O'Brien made Mathematical Economics a very engaging class to attend. You'll likely do well grade-wise if you attend lectures and work on his in-class assignments. I just didn't give him a 5 out of 5 is because he sometimes rushes through concepts a little too quickly (especially the concepts toward the end). I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely take his class again!
Awesome
If you have to take Economics 4351, take Professor O'Brien. The only negative thing is that he doesn't explain things very well. But, he's very caring and will do anything to help his students pass. He's willing to move up or down the test dates so that students don't have to take five exams that same week. Also he give curves and gives lots of extra credit. There's no way to fail this class.
