• Create and overseen a production schedule to ensure the journal meets its deadlines.
• Lead editorial, design, production, and printing teams to ensure coordination between departments.
• Monitor overall progress of the journal (including but not limited to adjusting production schedules as necessary, following up with contributors, tracking stages of the project, and solving problems).
• Coordinate, supervise, and prepare a team of 5 to 8 graduate students (TA’s) annually.
• Prepare and estimate budget to develop both the journal and the congress.
• Establish ties with renowned writers (including a Nobel Prize and a Cervantes Prize) to bring them as main speakers of the Congress.
