Awesome
Prof. Grollmus' class isn't too hard. Lectures can be boring but informative. This isn't an easy A though. However, as long as you try hard, it wouldn't be too difficult.
Awesome
While the homework is not actually graded, it is recommended. He took the time to answer the class's questions. As someone who isn't a big fan of math, I thought I wouldn't have like it, but he made the class engaging and interesting. As long as you attend the class you'll find no need for the book, as the lectures are very thorough. He also gives out older exams for study material. I just wish I had him for all of my math classes!
Awesome
I had Prof. Grollmus for stats and precalc. I actually can't say enough good things about him. He's very patient and he has organized lectures. He also cares a lot about his students and will even entertain questions. He actually made me like Math. Would totally recommend! You'll need textbook for homework practice though.
Awful
Professor Grollmus flies through the material. And when students ask questions, he's very avoidant and his answers are not clear. His attitude is not caring. He talks down to you. Everyone in class was scared to ask questions. Don't take any Math class with this individual, especially not statistics. This guy taught the class from a friends notebook, who previously taught it.
