I stopped coming to Professor McClements' class because all of his slides are online. But he adds extra information to them, so it would still be better if you attend his class. When we transitioned to online, he reformatted assignments to all multiple choice so that was very good. On the other hand, he talks a lot and put lots of pictures on his slides, which were nonsense without context.
