I took Professor Aram's class in person. He really knows his content and is aware of it with no arrogance at all. Office hours are a must for him. His feedback may be indefinite, but his grading is fair. The midterm exam is in group. It's definitely not an easy A class. But, you will learn the most in his class, within the entire whole management series.

Honestly, I don't know why Professor Aram has earned such a good reputation. It was such a stressful class because, we had a group project with nine members for the whole virtual quarter. The project made up about half our grade. If that isn't stressful enough, you have to do the midterm and homework, with that same group. I'm so glad that this class is over.

Prof. Aram is one of the most dedicated profs I've ever had! He likes class participation a lot, so pay attention to every word he says. Group project is very important as well, so making sure that your team has a strong relationship is the key to success. Got to each of the office hour sessions! This is honestly the most rewarding class you'll ever take!
