There were five tests throughout the entire class. Handouts were given, and they were all pretty useful. While there were book assignments, they were really just given to better comprehend the lectures. Cares about students and very helpful!

After college (Dallas Baptist University), I spent a year studying theology (Regent CoIlege, Vacouver) before going on to earn an M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. My husband, two young girls and I are enjoying settling into life in Grand Rapids after living in Europe for 8 years. Calvin is a wonderful place to explore my varied interests alongside engaged students and faculty. I have taught Biol 123 and 115. When I am not teaching, I enjoy gathering (mostly) local foods, cooking them into tasty dishes, sewing with and for my daughters, running and reading.
