• Administrative: Developed and monitored policies and departmental procedures by conducting research and updating standard operating procedures. In addition, maintained master calendars. Compiled and presented information creating activity reports; recommended changes in operations for compliance with regulations. • Qualitative Study: Serving as the project lead. Duties include: designing the study from the ground up, writing the IRB proposal, and obtain IRB approval. Develop procedures for recruitment, coding, data collection, transcribing of data, analysis, and reporting of findings. In addition, accountable for conducting training for co-investigators as well as monitoring progress during the duration of the study. Serving as the facilitator for the focus groups. In addition, will participate in writing the report about the findings along with oral presentations. The final work will be published.

• Quantitative Study: Serving as one of four leads for the project guiding and monitoring team members in the various stages of the research. Researched existing data about institutional faculty climate at the University level, and participated in construction of the survey that will be used to survey faculty members. In addition, currently participating in IRB proposal peer review. In the forthcoming stages will participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting of the findings to implement best practices for faculty climate improvement. The final work will be published
