Perkins is a younger laid back, and available professor, he remembers what it's like being a student, and I've heard his study abroad trip is fantastic. He uses Prezis for his lectures, and really small amounts of textbook usage, however his lectures are a bit more on the technical side and are dull sometimes. Grades are based off a simple group project, a personal project, online exams, and a final presentation/paper.
