Outlaw is a bad boring teacher Don't take his class It is impossible to pass his class Its so difficult to pass his class and taking his will make you very regret. He give very assignments to the students and most of our class students couldn't pass!

Don't waste your time on this prof. You won't learn anything from him. I had a terrible experience with him and I honestly can't stand being in his class. Moreover, he's very selfish and he treats students like prisoners. He doesn't even have the time to answer questions. Overall, he's a terrible prof!
