Awesome

Professor Shaffer is a great teacher! There is a lot of writing in his class because you have two take home exams that are ten page papers basically, plus a paper due at the end. He gives awesome lectures though!

Prof. Shaffer was my fave prof. up until now, and I'm a senior. He's very objective in teaching. He's entertaining, intelligent, and understanding. I didn't like the content of the first half of the class, but when we talked about the topic of primates and hominins, it became great. If you get the chance, take him!
