Coordinates services for mandatory participants, namely able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs) between the ages of 18-49 years old approved for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in the state of Florida. Conducts formal and informal assessments of participants to ascertain job readiness. Identifies participants’ needs and barriers to employment and develop the appropriate resolution plans required to ensure participant employability. Guides participants through career exploration activities and collaborate with them to create career plans formulated to align their employment goals with the appropriate education, training, and skills needed to be successful and economically self-sufficient.
