I help my clients turn difficult case problems into winning strategies using insights from psychology and the social sciences to develop more persuasive cases.
A successful trial hinges on human psychology. To make your case effectively, you must understand how others will react to your presentation of facts, what information they use to make their decisions, and how their subconscious beliefs and past experiences will affect their view of the case.
As a trained psychologist, I have researched the contributing factors to and effects of implicit bias on decision-making, and I bring that knowledge and experience to bear on the trial preparation process.
Using skills and techniques developed through on-the-ground work with police, civil rights, and community organizations, I help clients capitalize on the conscious and unconscious criteria that jurors use to make decisions, while combating the hidden assumptions and biases that can jeopardize the case.
Trialcraft specializes in jury research, theme development, in court jury selection and trial assistance in high stakes, complex civil and criminal litigation – bet the company cases, cases that threaten reputations, livelihoods, and liberty, take on powerful interests and organizations or defend companies and individuals who, in the minds of the public and the jury, start out guilty or liable.
We help you transform difficult witnesses into your best trial story tellers, get more cause challenges than you have ever before, and develop case themes that sing to the jury.
