Awesome

Professor Martinez has an amazing personality and jokes a lot. He made learning super fun and showed many ways to make sure that we understand. He's the reason why I want to go to class everyday. I was in his DS 71 and also IS 52 in the same semester. Take him and you won't regret it. He's one of the best professors I've ever had.

Good

Lectures are very boring and long, but Prof. Martinez is really nice and funny. He does his best to make things entertaining. Attendance is a huge part of the grade, so I suggest you show up in class. I didn't use the book even once, so do not bother buying it. He will gladly help you with anything. Just pls don't procrastinate and use common courtesy.

Average

Prof. Carlos' class was pretty easy, but he doesn't help you with projects. He's very strict about using phones in class. Exams are easy and he gives 3 extra credit opportunities. He takes attendance, so don't dare to miss class. Overall, it would really have been better if he was helpful on projects. It was a pretty decent class though.
