Poor

Never have I had so much homework in a class. There was 100-150 online homework problems, as well as worksheets each week. If you are taking this class, don't plan on having time for family or friends. She talks down to the students as if they are dumb and she doesn't explain things well. She does offer lots of extra credit though.

Awesome

Professor Giovanni gives excellent lectures. She really cares and believes in her students. She gives you daily worksheets that are really great and weekly homework. She sends personal congratulations emails after every test and must spend hours answering my questions through the email and the discussion board. There is a lot of homework but is is very helpful. I learned more this semester than I ever have in any other class.

This was the best math class I have ever experienced She really cares about the students and is always sending us reminder messages. She will give detailed note outlines and very clearly explains the material. There are a lot of assignments, but you learn a lot and will be prepared for calc. She sometimes talks a little fast, but it's so she can give more examples which help.

Professor Giovanni was an amazing instructor. He really cares about her students. She gave extensions on homework for partial credit and everything detailed. If possible, go to her during office hours. By this, it will help you finish daily worksheets completely and accurately. Her hand writing was a bit sloppy and she talked a bit fast. So, pay attention during her lectures.

Poor

Due to the professors fast pace, the class was very stressful. Every day there was a warm up but we weren't given enough time so we ended up doing it while Candy was lecturing. It was really distracting. Her bad handwriting made taking notes hard. There was a ton of papers given out every day unnecessarily. Overall, a very stressful experience.
