Work closely with Director of Institutional Research, Vice President of I.E., Vice President of Academic Planning and Strategic Initiatives, and others on a University wide Analytics project for Academic Performance Systems. Served as Team Lead for the Faculty/Staff Roll-Out Committee and a member of the Project Core Team tasked in selection, vetting, analysis, explanation, implementation, and internal marketing of a new analytics tool to be utilized by administrators throughout the university. Personally charged with leading the adoption, roll-out, and emotional buy-in across all nine colleges including faculty, staff, and administration.
