  Brian is a 21-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a recently retired Louisiana State Trooper. Brian enjoys a family-centered life with his wife of 18 years

  Brian serves as a Church Deacon in the Ville Platte Community. He is a graduate of the prestigious Louisiana State Police Academy and McNeese State University (Lake Charles

  Louisiana). He also earned a Master of Science degree from Southern University A&M College (Baton Rouge

  Louisiana) in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Criminal Investigation.\n\n​Currently

  Brian serves as the Interim Coordinator of Louisiana State University-Eunice Public Protection and Safety Section

  where he is responsible for the coordination of the Criminal Justice

  and Forensic Science Programs. He is a member of the Academy of Criminal Justice and Science - International Organization and Treasurer of the non-profit organization
