Awful
Prof. Payne doesn't provide useful feedback in your papers. He only nitpicks the heck out of it. He doesn't offer extra credit as well and considers an 89.999 a B already. You can't affort to do poorly on assignments because it is worth 20% of your grade. Exams were taken online and he won't even give feedback so you can't see what you missed. I wouldn't recommend taking him.
