I was a member of several cross-functional teams that engaged in and subsequently completed large-scale personnel or psychometric-related projects for clientele. My general responsibilities included facilitating focus groups

developing interview and focus group protocols
monitoring RFP listservs for human capital projects

some tasks included assisting in the development and statistical analysis of organizational-related surveys and preparing and leading focus groups at various locations nationwide. In addition
I assisted or personally generated executive staff reports and year-end reports such as the fiscal year and end-of-year personnel projections
evaluation of the agency’s formal mentoring program
and the evaluation of all major job series within the agency
which provided key indicators for subsequent personnel forecasting.
