    Dr. Brian D. Lyons is an Associate Professor of Management in the Love School of Business at Elon University. He joined the faculty in Fall 2014 after three years within the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University and four years within the Craig School of Business at Fresno State. Brian's research interests involve recruitment

    I was a member of several cross-functional teams that engaged in and subsequently completed large-scale personnel or psychometric-related projects for clientele. My general responsibilities included facilitating focus groups

    developing organizational surveys

    maintaining participant records

    data cleansing and quality control

    developing interview and focus group protocols

    monitoring RFP listservs for human capital projects

    and completing literature reviews on technical and organizational subject matter. In terms of specific contract work

    and the evaluation of all major job series within the agency

    which provided key indicators for subsequent personnel forecasting.
