I help Infusionsoft/Keap users and partners survive and thrive in their target markets through better lead generation and conversion, automated follow-up and improved customer relationships using the newest marketing tools and strategies offered by Keap and Keap Partners. Currently I work with newly recrurited Keap partners to become certified and positioned to build their partner businesses into successful enterprises.

I started many businesses from scratch including Cactus Outdoors (DBA Cactus Bike, Cactus Adventures, CactusOutdoor.com), Computer Edge Consulting and RB Health. With great employees, we grew each into successful companies with revenue exceeding 9M per year with well over 100,000 customers.

I teach part-time for the Maricopa Community College District and have been teaching since 1998. I teach many different classes related to small business marketing and technology.

I have lead initiatives that grew revenue for fortune 500 companies including Insight Enterprises, APS, American Express and MicroAge.

I try to learn something new every day and greatly value continuous learning. I have frequent discussions about what our world will look like in 5 years/10 years/20 years from today. It is going to be incredible.

Although I do believe in continuous learning for self-improvement, I am proud to say that I do have the traditional degrees as well as I am a Wisconsin Badger (BS in Industrial Engineering) and an Arizona State Sun Devil (MBA).
