Awesome

Prof. Johnson was the first psych teacher I've ever had and he also turned out to be the best one! He knows how to keep his students engaged and awake and he really has an amazing personality. Even though his class was at 7-9:30 in the morning, I was always motivated to go to class. Whenever he cancels classes, he always makes sure to fill it in. I would want to take his class again!

My goal is to develop football players that are both mechanically and functionally sound by implementing a comprehensive program that reduces injuries and increases maximum power, strength, agility and speed. Using performance data, I will be able to support and reinforce a sustainable platform of performance training and strength and conditioning that is based on playing experience and incorporates traditional strength and power programming, effective rehabilitative planning and integrate preventative movement practice and real-time functional movement screening protocols.
