She really knows Biology. She doesn't have time outside of class. She offers extra credit.
Good
I took Molecular Biology and Microbiology under Professor Rushing. She's tough but, I learned a lot from her lectures. She's typically that kind of teacher, that will point out what you need to know. These classes are meant to be tough, to prepare you for careers in biology and she absolutely does this. I suggest that, you use the powerpoints as outlines to study and end of the chapter questions to test yourself.
Awful
Doctor rushing was absolutely nice but her class was very difficult. The exams were very confusing. So, be prepared to study the entire textbook because she puts random short answer questions that could go over any topic. Also, she gives a lot of homework every week. And I'm talking almost 200 questions in total for just one week. I suggest you don't take her class.
