Feedback from audiences:
I attended a ladies meeting at Big Canoe a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of hearing Brenda Moore speak regarding the topic of Blue Zones. I so enjoyed learning about the critical importance of relationships and the many ways they could benefit my life.
Having recently moved to the area, Brenda’s message spoke to my heart and has changed my future perspective on friendships.
So many ladies have commented on how much they enjoyed your program. You did a great job keeping the audience's attention and had a great delivery. What I took away was your reiterating the importance of friends, especially real friends. So much more important to have a few genuine friends rather than tons (especially all those on Facebook). I would like to have heard a little more about the blue zones but that may need to be another whole program
Brenda’s informal presentation on achieving a happy, healthier, and longer life led me to examine my relationships.
After time listening to her and the research she gave, I left with a heightened awareness that reaching out to family and friends is life changing.
This presentation was fun, engaging and insightful. The content and presentation style fit the audience and left them wanting to learn more about happiness and longevity. Well done
