Dr. Merner is challenging and you definitely learn the material. He talks too fast He is very self centered but he knows the material. He will give a bonus on the final exam. Does not have office hours. You should read the book. Review the test and lecture notes. Okay prof

This class has a heavy workload! You'd have to read before class. I suggest you also go to SIs for regular class. Practice worksheets are almost similar to exams. He gives a lot of extra credit on the final. If your final exam grade is higher than your grade in class, final would count as your grade. He's nice but he can be intimidating at first.

Professor Merner cares a lot about his students. Even if I had low grades and struggled in class, he was always willing to help. Reading the textbook as a second language is the key. You're going to have to work hard, but you'll reap what you sow. I suggest don't be afraid to ask questions because all material is important.
