I am currently pursuing my PhD in French Literature. I specialize in 16th-18th century travel narratives and utopia, and examine how these texts inform our understandings of gender and sexuality in Early-Modern France. I have experience teaching French (from beginner to content courses), course design, editing and translating between French and English, and working with special collections and rare books. I have excellent spoken, reading, and written skills in French.
