R&D Principal Investigator
Principle Investigator for R&D related to Intelligent Transportation Management System and Nuclear Safety Expert System. The R&D efforts required R&D and formal presentation of new innovative architectural approaches automatic integration of disparate hardware devices and distributed systems through an intelligent management system architecture that is easily configurable and customizable to multiple customer requirements. Efforts included developing new protocols and message sets as well as utilizing national standard protocols
and proprietary protocols and innovative investigation and development of a GUI-based knowledge-based system integrated with drag/drop capabilities allowing missile components to be virtually integrated and assembled to test synergetic interference resulting in malfunctions. Required unique development and innovative approach to object
domain
and meta-domain modeling
expert systems
model-based architectures
and distributed intelligent agent integration.
