Adjunct Professor

• Work closely with product owners and developers during the design and development stages to understand requirements and create tests.
• Participate in the design and development sessions and provide useful feedback.
• Create and execute the following: Manual tests (including test cases, test plans, bug verification, and functional tests) and automated testing (including regression tests, functional tests, and custom validation tests). Thoroughly document test results.
• Utilize the defect tracking tool to log defects and verify software changes have been resolved correctly.

Network Specialist
Assist in managing the IT department. We oversee all equipment installation projects. This includes defining and facilitating the project scope, goals, requirements and deliverables. Even after equipment is installed, problems can arise. I help troubleshoot and solve hardware and network related issues. Assisting customer over the phone, through email, remotely, and in person. I have developed the flexibility to work independently or with a team to complete projects on time. I help coordinate projects with all stakeholders so projects start on time and finish with expectations met.
Computer Technician
This position gave me my core hardware and software experience. I
worked on hundreds of personal computers, Mac and PC. I performed
many tasks, from data back up, and hardware upgrades, to system
troubleshoots, and complete builds from scratch.
Host a weekly Den meeting to help the boys get direction on which order, and how to pass off requirements to earn their next rank. Take an active part in the planning an organization of the pack as a whole.
