Awful

Tsai is a lazy and nervous professor that is never in his office during office hours. He usually teaches 1 chapter per class. He reads everything from his slides, yet refuses to share the slides he uses, even though all of them are on the publisher's student companion web and available. Just so he doesn't have to teach he will give many tests and then won't tell you what went wrong on them.
