Professor Williams econometrics course is tough, but he does a pretty good job at teaching it. The lectures are mostly clear and straightforward, but he sometimes goes in tangents. I recommend you to stay on top of the homework and reach out if you are lost, he is very accessible. The tests are easier than the homework. Also, he gives a practice midterm and final that help a lot!
