Professor Phillips gives outlines for each chapter. Anything that isn't in the outline won't be on the exam. She gives extra credit for every exam except for one. There is one case study and six exams but she will drop the two lowest grades, she just needs five. The extra credit and exams are easy, you just have to read carefully. She's not how other people described her.
