    For the past three years

    I have had the opportunity to facilitate community-based research which focuses on strengthening support systems for VPK teachers in Palm Beach County. The project includes 23 participating VPK sites

    and hundreds of VPK students. My role in the work is to plan and conduct trainings with directors

    practitioners

    and learning coaches. These trainings focus on curricular questions that have emerged over the course of the research. In addition to formal trainings

    on-site curricular support is part of my role as research facilitator. Finally

    I am responsible to train assessors

    and manage all aspects of the pre-test and post-test phases of this multi-year research project.

    Provide leadership in the field of early childhood education

    with specific focus on the support of early care and education providers to implement multi-faceted systems of assessment which benefit the children and families enrolled in School Readiness programs in Palm Beach county. \n\nCollaborate with administrators and teachers to develop strategies for implementing authentic assessment systems which inform educational planning and support communication and relationship-building with families.\n \nProvide leadership in the development of models of implementation

    and federal early childhood education systems partners to achieve shared goals of accuracy and ethics in assessment and accountability.
