Comprehensive Company Operations Manual
As a brand new company
we did not have a manual that detailed all of our daily operations and procedures. I took on the responsibility to compile a 150+ page written manual with step by step instructions & images on the various operating systems we were utilizing from our warehouse management system to our website's back office order management system.
